Confirmation and Timeframe
Upon placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not see the confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
Conditions for Return
Return Ticket Submission: You must raise a return ticket within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. To raise a return ticket, please contact our customer support team at dreamloom.contact@gmail.com.
Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please send photos of the damaged product to dreamloom.contact@gmail.com within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Ensure that the photos clearly show the damage.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 2 days from the order date. We aim to deliver your order within 7 days from the order date.
Refund Process
Once your return ticket is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions. If the return is due to a damaged product and the damage is verified, we will process your refund or send a replacement product based on your preference.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Note that refunds are not applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Lost Packages
Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Dream Loom is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier. For any inquiries or assistance, please contact contact.dreamloom@gmail.com.
Final Sale Items
During Sale/Promotion Periods: All sales are final. Dream Loom reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice. No adjustments will be made for purchases made prior to price reductions.
